The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The technician told me there was no charge, when I asked them to bill me. I later got a message saying I was going to have my details sent to the police. I called to clear the situation and talked to the rudest lady ever that pretty much in her own words said that I was lying the technician told them I didn’t pay

Search features online for battery match did not work correctly. Employees was very friendly and helpful. Google map places store in middle of parking lot towards the other end of the shopping complex.

The man took the time to attend to a customer, at the vehicle. He shouted an awareness of my presence, & there was a chair. My Cel Phone wasn't built for the battery to be replaced, unfortunately...😒

My phone screen shattered, and I brought it in for a repair. They fixed the screen pretty quickly, but when they gave it back, neither the home button nor the ringer worked, despite them ostensibly having tested it. I went back in the next day, they fixed the home button but told me the ringer motor was too old and would have to buy a new one. They assured me that they would call me as soon as the part came in. A full week went buy and I hadn't heard from them. I drove back (for the third time now) and asked if they had the part. They said they did, and they could fix my phone very quickly. An hour later they tell me that the ringer still isn't working, but they don't know why. I just gave up by this point. My phone will ring randomly now, and I've just accepted this. One star because the staff were friendly.
